Tobias Lucas is a 21-year-old student with a background in Molecular Science & Technology
from TU Delft. He specializes in materials and hydrogen technology, and has a strong
interest in the energy transition. Tobias currently serves as the Project Manager of Forze
Hydrogen Racing, a student team that designs, builds, and races hydrogen-electric race cars
to push the limits of zero-emission motorsport. In his role, he is responsible for leading a
multidisciplinary team of over 50 students and guiding the development of Forze’s latest
racecar.
Tobias has been accepted into the European Master’s program HySET (Hydrogen Systems
and Enabling Technologies), an international collaboration focused on hydrogen technology.
With a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation, Tobias is committed to accelerating
the adoption of hydrogen technologies both on and off the track.
