As Head of Systems Integration at Williams Grand Prix Technologies, Jake Conway is responsible for leading the systems and electrification programmes, delivering F1 solutions to adjacent markets. With over 25 years of motorsport and automotive experience, working for companies such as Cosworth, McLaren and Gordon Murray, Jake focuses on system level optimisation. Having pioneered the powertrain for the first generation of Formula E cars and led the team who developed McLaren’s ERS, more recently he has been exposed to working with automotive OEMs with a particular view to Battery Swap and Ultra Rapid Charging capabilities.
