Chantal Shearing is a seasoned automotive and e‑mobility leader with over 25 years of experience spanning engineering, operations, strategy, and product. She is currently Vice President of Product at TUAL | Powerbank Pro‑Charging, where she leads development of the innovative PowerUp Charger, an ultrafast, battery‑integrated CCS charger designed for grid‑constrained sites and remote fleet depots.

Prior to joining TUAL in January 2025, Chantal served as UK COO at Mobilize (Renault Group’s sustainable mobility division), playing a pivotal role in launching Mobilize Charge Pass in the UK while championing a zero‑emissions, EV‑first future. With a robust technical background and deep insight into electric fleets, she’s earned a reputation for driving strategic growth and operational excellence in the global EV charging ecosystem.

Passionate about sustainability, zero‑emission vehicles, and charging innovation, Chantal is recognised for her ability to translate industry vision into action guiding fleets through the EV transition and empowering businesses to succeed in the electric age.
