Tom is the Director of Beet Industrial Communications, a consultancy that helps industrial organisations and senior leaders shape narratives that drive understanding, alignment and impact. With more than 15 years’ experience, he has advised global multinationals at UK, EMEA and global levels — translating complex shifts in technology, workforce and policy into compelling strategic communications. Tom played a leading role in positioning the Birmingham Battery Manufacturing Skills Pathway (B-MSP) as a national model for workforce development. He also sits on the advisory board of Primary Engineer, working alongside industry and education leaders to support the UK’s future skills pipeline.
