Seth Yates is a seasoned technical manager with 25 years of expertise in engineering, specializing in power electronics and battery systems. He has a proven history of delivering high-volume products in the consumer electronics and vehicle electrification sectors. Seth’s career in electrical engineering began in motorsport with a leading Formula One team, before spending over 20 years at Dyson, pioneering new technology in high-performance motors and batteries.

Currently, Seth is leading the charge at Turntide Technologies, focusing on sustainable solutions for electrified transport. He is responsible for developing and delivering Lithium-Ion product technology from initial concept to mass production and beyond. Passionate about engineering, innovation, and sustainability, Seth is enthusiastic about new challenges and opportunities at Turntide Technologies.
