Iva Garfitt is a senior technology and data science leader with over two decades of experience across engineering, eCommerce, and AI. She is currently Head of Data Science at AGRATAS, a Tata Group battery manufacturing scale-up, where she leads the development of AI solutions for next-generation battery systems, predictive analytics, and sustainability initiatives. Iva plays a central role in the Battery Passport initiative, enabling traceability, compliance, and lifecycle insights through blockchain-integrated data architecture. 

An Executive MBA graduate, Iva bridges strategic leadership with deep technical expertise. She is a frequent speaker on AI in battery manufacturing, having presented on topics such as digital twins, AI for high-value production lines, and the role of data collaboration in accelerating R&D and net-zero goals.
