Andrew is a Technical Principal within Mott MacDonald’s Net Zero Advisory team. A specialist in building energy performance, Andrew is currently a Technical Lead in the Mott MacDonald led Zero Carbon Accelerator alliance for the Greater London Authority. Over the past decade, he has worked closely with all forms of public and third sector clients, helping to develop and deliver energy efficiency, heat decarbonisation and local renewable energy projects at scale within the built environment. In leading and co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams across city scale net zero pathways (such as Glasgow City Council’s 2030 Net Zero Routemap), through to in-use operational performance optimisation studies, he brings a breadth of expertise and experience in all stages of net zero buildings and infrastructure projects, and an understanding of their wider climate, environmental and social benefits.
