Jesús Salazar (EEVAM): “It is perfectly feasible for Extremadura to participate in the manufacture of electric vehicles’

Jesús Salazar, CEO and Founder of EEVAM Technologies was interviewed by Energy of Extremadura with regards to Electric Vehicle Manufacturing, and the future of EEVAM.

‘We put our team of engineers at the service of manufacturers of all types of vehicles (from scooters to buses), and throughout the process from concept to production. Currently the project is led by myself (Jesús Salazar, Founder and General Director) and by my brother Jorge Salazar (Technical Director). Although I am a Senior Aeronautical Engineer by training, I developed my professional career in the automotive sector, in the United Kingdom, where I was able to be in contact with several important European manufacturers. Thus I realized that a large number of manufacturers were not making adequate efforts to acquire the knowledge that would be necessary for the arrival of the electric vehicle. EEVAM was born then to cover these knowledge gaps that were detected in manufacturers.’
