Event Partners Ltd Position Re: COVID-19

On Friday 17 July 2020, The UK Government gave the green light for live events of all types, including business exhibitions and conferences, to go ahead from 1st October 2020. This means that Vehicle Electrification Expo and co-located Battery Cells and Systems Expo will take place as planned 2 – 3 December 2020, NAEC Stoneleigh, UK.

The UK Government has approved the ‘All Secure Standard” guidance prepared by the events industry. This framework for the safe delivery of live events, produced by leading event organisers in collaboration with the event industry’s trade bodies, illustrates how practical measures can be put into place to design, create and implement covid-secure business exhibitions and conferences.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our exhibitors, visitors, speakers, contractors and staff attending in December is our main priority. With this in mind, we will be collaborating with the venue and our suppliers over the coming months, to ensure Vehicle Electrification Expo and co-located Battery Cells and Systems Expo proceed as planned, in a safe environment which complies with the ‘All Secure Standard’ industry guidelines.

As we draw closer to the event, the specific Covid-secure measures we’ll be implementing to keep our exhibitors, visitors, speakers, contractors and staff safe, will be communicated in full. We want to ensure that the industry as a whole retains the confidence they have in us, as the organisers, to deliver a first-class, global celebration in the heart of UK manufacturing, without compromise.
